The GoPro Hero 3 Silver Edition is developed to be 30% smaller and 25% lighter than the previous model. This highly versatile camera can be worn, mounted to your gear and taken underwater (up to 60m). With the ability to record 1080p 30 fps and 720p 60 fps videos, plus 11MP photos at a rate of 10 photos per second, the Hero 3 Silver Edition is ready to capture high-quality footage.

Weighing just 2.6 ounces, the Hero 3 Silver Edition is 25% lighter and 30% smaller than previous models. Capture 11MP still photos and it features a burst capture rate of 10 frames per second. The time-lapse photo capture mode enables auto photo capture at 0.5, 2, 5, 10, 30 and 60 second intervals.

Hero3's reduced-distortion, aspherical lens combined with optional ultra-wide, medium and narrow field of views offers users more control over the perspective. There's also an updated waterproof housing for stunning image sharpness both above and below water. Sound quality is also up to scratch as GoPro can capture subtle, natural sounds of your voice, music or capturing the sounds of sport. The Go-Pro's famous wind-noise reduction ensures you hear more of your activity and less wind during any high speed action.

Hero 3 features built-in Wi-Fi is compatible with the Wi-Fi Remote accessory (optional accessory) and the GoPro App. The built-in Wi-Fi also means you can control it by iOS smartphones and tablets running the GoPro App. - A.D.
