• Slow-loading creatine regime is designed to increase muscle creatine content over a 28 day period: Mix 3.6g (approx. 1 teaspoon) in 200ml water. Creatine uptake may be enhanced with co-ingestion of carbohydrates.
• Elevated muscle creatine levels will return to baseline levels in approx. 4 weeks after finishing supplementation.
